Who's
Watching is an investigation of the relationships between voyeur
and subject. In today's electronic society where surveillance has
become ubiquitous in the private and public sectors, Who's Watching
comments on how this dynamic raises public discourse.
Who's
Watching employs both the private and public place and turns
the tables on the voyeur, whereby the voyeur becomes the viewed
and the comfort of the person watching is threated as he/she becomes
the one being watched. With the use of the Internet, mass circuitry
and surveillance satellites, our privacy is becoming more and more
enroached upon. Who's Watching raises the perception and awareness
of who, when, and where we are being watched. |
